Ce este un IBC si la ce foloseste?
Termenul este folosit pentru a defini of varietate de structuri corporative offshore. IBC – International Business Company (Companie de Afaceri Internationala) apare intr-un stat unde nu exista impozite pe profit sau investitii sau ele sunt foarte reduse, si care poate desfasura afaceri doar in afara teritoriului de inregistrare. O companie offshore de tip IBC poate fi utilizata pentru comert international si investitii; proprietati imobiliare; planificare fiscala eficienta; can be used for international trading and investment; for ownership of real property and land; for ownership of intellectual property, licensing and franchising; for the employment of staff working on overseas assignments; for personal service by individuals working overseas for more efficient tax planning; for more efficient inter-group treasury management; for asset protection and offshore e-business. The use of the offshore IBC can only be limited by imagination.
